Located at 1444 Oak Lawn Avenue in the Design District, the 160,000-square-foot project will be designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, emphasizing contemporary fashion and top dining establishments within a network of outdoor patios and courtyards. Inspired by renowned areas like the Miami Design District, The Seam aims to enhance the neighborhood's vibrant mix of art, dining, and culture while fostering pedestrian connectivity. The design plans to reconfigure the site to create a social and geographical hub that reflects the spirit of the community.
