Dallas’ dining scene continues to heat up with news that Aba, the California-influenced Mediterranean concept from Lettuce Entertain You, is set to open at The Seam in late 2026. The restaurant will showcase Chef CJ Jacobson’s modern take on Mediterranean cuisine, featuring house-made hummus and spreads, mezze, kebabs, and locally inspired seasonal dishes.
