Morris Adjmi Architects Brings Bold Vision to Dallas Design District with The Seam

The Dallas Design District is set to welcome The Seam, an upscale outdoor shopping and dining destination designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, scheduled to open in spring or summer 2026. This 160,000-square-foot redevelopment will emphasize pedestrian-friendly spaces, featuring a network of open-air patios and lush courtyards that blend modern architecture with natural elements. Key design features will include strong geometric forms, sophisticated materials, and landscaping with tree-lined walkways, creating a visually striking yet tranquil environment. Inspired by renowned neighborhoods like the Miami Design District, The Seam aims to offer a unique lifestyle experience, where contemporary fashion and curated dining are seamlessly integrated into a vibrant social hub.

“Inspired by iconic neighborhoods such as the Miami Design District and New York City’s Meatpacking District, The Seam aims to bring the same allure of world-class shopping, avant-garde culinary offerings, and vibrant nightlife to Dallas.”
